      Pros

      Norwegian has a great family philosophy, friendly and sefe work enviroment, the company cares about its workers and offer many options to best fit the job to ones needs. There are lots of opportunities to grow inside the company.

      Cons

      It's more of a personal situation... For people with kids and family it may not be the best option to work as a Cabin Crew as you must be geographically flexible and available. Which was not a problem in my case but I know people who did feel this way,

      New Planes, Fun trips, cool coworkers.

      Cons

      Lousy pay, no interrline agreements, oh yeah and theyre no longer in the air so theres that.
