Very fast paced over the Christmas period due to this being the busiest time of year, good fun for those who enjoy keeping on top of multiple tasks but no chance to take time off for a holiday.

As with any quickly growing company if you are proactive you can progress quickly. The owner Ned is always open to ideas from the team and works collaboratively. I feel I have been able to learn a lot in my time so far at the company.

As the team is small you have to help in many job roles.
