The senior leadership team is empathetic and supportive. The type of work is varied and ranges from exciting branding projects to smaller design jobs. The overall culture is positive and encouraging. There are no egos and everyone’s opinion is heard.

Employee development is considered a priority but I have experienced little progression over two years.

A really positive, flexible and supportive working environment. Everyone helps eachother to create great work whilst having a good time. The client work is varied which helps keep things interesting and aids continuous learning.

Office temperature could be warmer.
