- Depending on the shop or shift, there are really nice colleagues who help you no matter how bad things are - Good quality coffee - If you have some patience to get used to earning a little bit more than the minimum wage, listening to unreasonable demands from the senior managers while showing you have quality, then you can progress relatively fast in a short amount of time
Cons
- A lot of time consuming tasks for a small amount of staff - Low wages for the constant pressure you have
