      Pros

      Coworkers were great (what's left of them)

      Cons

      Horrible management. There is no clear picture of where the company is going or how you are doing as an employee. No training/onboarding and very little communication from management to associates. Huge layoffs without warning or reasoning other than "this position has been eliminated". If you aren't a part of the boys club then good luck to you. Pay is not good enough to even want to stay there.

      There are some bigger, more well known competitors that can be hard to overtake

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
