      Limited resources: As a smaller company, there are times when we need more resources. This can be challenging but also pushes us to be more creative and resourceful in our solutions. Fast-paced environment: The work can be demanding, and the pace can sometimes be intense. While this can be exciting, it can also be overwhelming at times. Communication: With multiple projects happening simultaneously, communication can sometimes suffer, but it is a focus area that the company is improving on.

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
