Pros
Great colleagues that support each other throughout challenging times
Cons
I had the opportunity to work alongside some talented peers who were passionate and dedicated. However, the biggest challenge — and ultimately, the reason many great people don’t stay — is the leadership culture. Management often appears more focused on preserving their own image and ideas than genuinely listening to employee feedback. While input is occasionally solicited, it rarely feels acknowledged or acted upon. Decisions tend to be made in a top-down fashion, even when those closest to the issues raise valid concerns or suggestions. It’s unfortunate, because the company has potential. But until leadership prioritizes humility, collaboration, and open communication over ego, I worry that the same patterns of turnover and disengagement will continue.
