      Pros

      Decent place to start and get your foot in the door for project management. Everyone is friendly and promotes work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side compared to other companies. As an entry level position, project Managers and Directors have a hard time delegating work, after a while they do not challenge you or give you the work to get you to the next level. The company is still learning and growing. No diversity whatsoever.

      It’s exciting to be part of a growing company and seeing it evolve. Additionally, leadership cares about their employees and there’s opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

      Cons

      Work comes in waves and can be demanding at times.
