      Pros

      I have enjoyed working here for over two years now. They offer flexible hours and am now fully remote. The culture is fun and my coworkers are supportive and provide a lot of resources for client care. Its a great opportunity for those that want to work in private practice but not have one of their own (I could never go back to working in a hospital).

      Pros

      Helping clients one-on-one Fully virtual Not micromanaged as long as you get your work done A lot of opportunity for growth with new roles (content creator, community speaker, team lead, etc.) As an RD, you are able to specialize in specific areas all covered by the company. No lack of clients to see. Insurance-based A great employee manual (HQ) that is all online. A great scheduling system and admin team. Work life balance is the best pro at Nourish- when you are done with meetings and clients on your schedule, you can be DONE for the day unlike most jobs.
