      Pros

      Working remote provides a bit of freedom and flexibility. Workload is consistent and engaging, my biggest fear was getting bored, so far so good in that respect. Management is open and easy to communicate with.

      Cons

      They provide is a highly specialized niche service, it can be difficult to explain what you do to the regular lamen.

      a good steady workload, keeps me busy and engaged. Lots to learn and lots of freedom so long as goals are accomplished.

      Cons

      Remote work makes it a challenge to connect with coworkers, but I look forward to quarterly gatherings.
