      This company is one of the most high paying ESL company, the materials are easy to navigate and i really enjoy working in this company. I'm working in this company for a year now and so far i love the experience, i like the students treating me.

      Cons

      the down fall is we need to work late because of the time deference in Europe

      Job is fun. Students are great. Salary is real time. Flexible work hours. Can take leaves anytime as long as I follow 10-day rule to avoid penalties.

      Sometimes the platform experiences some technical issues.

      Pros

      Very friendly group of people. Good place to start out your ESL career and gain some experience of the industry.

      Cons

      Low pay. Treat teachers like children. Constant focus on renewal and innovation instead of perfection of what they have. Huge company so you are a very expendable.
