      Pros

      Very good environment..patient load was good and not hard work at all..all the CNA's are great to work with and always willing to help

      Cons

      At times there is poor management and favoritism. If you're not part of the click then you are on the outs. Some of the RN's seem to forget they were once CNA's so they try to delegate tasks that are beyond your scope.

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
