Pros
Haymarket hospital is a brand new hospital built onto a very nice out-patient, urgent care center. The hospital is not too big so a sense of community is felt. I was able to know people in all aspects of healthcare rather than only connecting with those in my department. It's nice to go beyond face recognition and develop relationships. In fact, by knowing nurses, physicians, administrators, lab employees, security officers, radiology employees and registrars well my ability to provide efficient care was easier and enjoyable.
Cons
Long hours and often little rest.
