      Absolutely Nothing comes to mind

      Cons

      Poor management, compensation, benefits. Training is virtually non existent. Old and outdated equipment with little to no preventative maintenance. Reactive rather then preventative.

      overtime if you want it

      Machines never work how they are suppose to they also band aid every machine instead of actually fixing it
