Pros
Big company, good benefits, free on-site gym, good people, several employees with long history with the company which helps new employees with navigating complex procedures.
Cons
People are usually not help accountable for poor performance. Early phase operates NIBR (at least while I was working there) late phase is under GDD, both operate as separate operating companies, and act as if they are rivals/ competitors, and this hurts employees because it makes it difficult for them to transition from either NIBR or GDD to the other. Sometimes management would not let you look for a position in other groups.
