Pros
Laid back work environment. Good to have time on hands to pursue other interests and figure out what you really want from life. Good and safe company for those who want to stay for a long time and don't mind the slow growth.
Cons
Slow in adapting to new technologies. Too much politics and preference to employees based on favoritism rather than ability. Those who are in the company for a long time move laterally to other teams even without having the required skills. Everything needs to be by the rule book. Too much training and mandatory meetings to attend.
