Competitive base salary, generous R&D and development budgets, benefits package including meal, travel, childcare...etc. Stable environment where senior staffs are willing to work until retirement.

Senior staff with stagnant mindset, overly rigid IT security policies, performance reviews are a mere formality, lack of HW-SW integration expertise, in-house processes that do not align with modern practices. Of course, too much work load.
