      Learning about hand-made trends and market demand of US market, the process of International logistics in e-commerce specifically.

      Cons

      No HR support, no team-building activities or any other retreats or incentives for the staff members. Bad communication between management and others members of staff, unclear responsibilities of staff members.

      If you are looking to just check in somewhere and get low pay and learn from mediocre people you can do that here

      Cons

      The CEO is a textbook narcissist. The company isn't going anywhere. There's no meaningful strategy, it's always a scarcity mindset and the fundamentals just aren't there.
