Hot Mess, Nepotism and Chaos - Manager Novir Employee Review

Truly aren’t enough ways to explain the complete and utter disorganized mess this company is. There was no established role clarity, no set expectations and absolutely no confidentiality. The lack of HR, selective hearing, selective memory and the fragile egos of upper management are a huge reason for the high turnover rate. The nepotism has ultimately cost the company some really great employees who could have had a lot to offer had there not been childish behaviors to deal with.
