Serious communication issues from the C-level people, recently the company went through a restructuring process with a layoff announced out of nowhere and through a terrible e-mail. Just 2 months before the C-level was assuring the employees they had plenty of money and layoffs were out of sight. Lack of quality-driven mindset, it is a medical devices company trying to function as a pharma one but it is still a long way to go.
