Good work/life balance, working 7 days out of a fortnight. Nice sign on bonus, and quick climbing up the experience ladder into other positions. I've seen people go from entry level positions to material handling and other such work in as little as a six months.
We need people who can operate and communicate professionally under stress. if that's you, this may be a very good career opportunity.
I would like to note also that management has done an exceptional job in working with the crew during this Covid-19 crisis, and would like to thank the plant manager for his rational decisions which have positively affected both the morale of the workers and undoubtedly the health of us and our families.
Cons
positions other than packing require much tolerance for stress, cool tempered, well spoken people do well here. hot-heads don't.

no return offer, none of interns got return offer for full time
Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
