      Pros

      Lots of overtime, benefits are decent, pay is ok. Slight increase in pay for demonstration of knowledge pertaining to position. Management visits floor often and is accessible. They also emphasis safety.

      Cons

      Not much work/life balance. Employees often work long work weeks. 6 to 7 day work schedules are not rare once out of training. Company suffers from high turn over. Low moral over a large portion of the staff. Pay is decent but not enough to deter going elsewhere. Place is disorganized and clustered

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
