      There’s always work to be done

      The moral is super low to start off with, everything after that just spirals out of control. The hours are long and the schedule is not family friendly, the turn over rate is through the roof, there is hardly any room for growth, and it’s just a depressing place to work. Nobody is happy

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
