      Pros

      Great people with amazing, positive attitudes and work ethics. CEO is a dynamo and he continues to aggressively grow the company. New office in Charlotte fantastic and a real plus for attracting new team members

      Cons

      The team has been going 100 mph for a very long time due to multiple acquisitions in recent years. There is some burn out factor present.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
