Since it’s a small company, team sizes are lean, which gives me the opportunity to work end to end on processes instead of being limited to a small part. The limited automation is sometimes a positive because I understand the reason and logic behind each process rather than just executing tasks. I have the flexibility to pick up and implement processes that are beneficial for my role and the organization. This exposure helps me see the bigger picture and adds strong value to my learning and resume. It’s a good place for both freshers and experienced professionals to build practical experience. Spending a few years here can create a solid foundation for future opportunities. I have the opportunity to work with a good leader like Ashok. He is very people friendly, approachable, and logical in his thinking and decisions.

Personally, I haven’t faced any major challenges. Having a supportive manager has made my work experience smooth and positive. However, I understand that not everyone may have the same level of managerial support, and experiences can vary across teams.
