Pros

Not much to say and it would be difficult to list even one.

Cons

There are lots on this list. The managers are rude, HR is non-existent, policies are to suppress employee voice. Innovative ideas are unwelcome. Employees from large organizations are unwelcome (one would know only after landing in NOVOTECH). A learning: keep away and dont recommend Novotech to your fellow clinical research colleagues.
