Very smart senior execs, approachable and ethical.

No cons to mention at this time.

Health insurance, learning opportunities, exposure to many different leadership styles. Some senior-level employees are very intelligent and pleasant to work with.

There can be positives to hiring people from your own network, but the CEO has gone overboard with hiring people she personally knows. Many of her recent hires do not have any special skills. Project managers make up 20% of the staff, but I barely hear from any of them. Many changes in leadership and company direction in the last two years. Some change is good; this level of change is giving me whiplash. PTO and holidays are decreasing.
