Pros
NMG is like a family. Everyone here has become a good friend, including the owners. We celebrate each other's birthdays in the office and hang out outside the office, we go to lunch together, and we all actually enjoy working together. Although everyone is friendly and it's a comfortable environment, there is still a high level of professionalism. Everyone knows their tasks each day and everyone is fully supported in achieving them. The owners give us incentives and we have received raises regularly. I have been given lots of opportunities to be promoted within the sales department and I've also been given the time to learn a lot about the other departments (writing, design, production, SEO), which makes me better at sales.
Cons
No benefits, but I knew that going in and agreed to it. Early morning start, but that also means having the afternoon/evening free!
