Pay was good, the people not in senior management were great.
Cons
If the senior management (CFO and CEO backstabbed me) doesn't like you, there doesn't have to be a good reason and you're gone. They've had six people in my position in the last two years. You fit in with their toxic crap or you're history.

We value your feedback and continuously and intentionally work to ensure a culture that is fair and positive. Your feedback is appreciated.
I had lunch with the CEO my second week and didn’t even know that it was him because his picture had short hair but his hair is actually longer. He was really down to earth and I didn’t find out he was the CEO until my manager told me that she saw me have lunch with him. The work schedule is two days in office which is very flexible. No complaints around having doctor appointments and stuff to handle. My work load was always done. Mary Otey made the office awesome and the CFO was definitely awesome. The most down to other hands on people I’ve ever worked with and if I ever go back to Georgia I am hoping for a welcome back!
Cons
Freezing office and not many remote opportunities.

Management is awful
They expect you to work 60 hours a week for 40 hours pay
Job was supposed to be an assistant job, but was more of an accounting job
Interview process was long and they have you do a long written personality test
