-Nepotism, nepotism, nepotism -Do not expect to make ANY commission; your [low] base salary is all you'll get -Boys club -Only one woman in leadership (HR of course) -Little to no advancement opportunities- your next step after being hired is to either quit or get fired -Little job security with high turnover -NO diversity; everyone's Caucasian -Conservative mindset/ideals of management -Managent is VERY moody -Manager and select employees show up high to work -Management chooses favorites and goes out with them on the weekends/leaves work early to go to bars -Poor benefits (no 401k match, limited PTO days, expensive/poor health insurance)
