Pros
When I joined few years ago, I was not up on the latest tools but the management gave me ample time to learn it. They helped me all along. I was put on live job only when I was ready. I have worked in 3 companies and I found NuWave to be the best among 3. I found very puzzling a comment left by someone that says (in a very misspelled English), management watches you on camera and it is a very bad company and it demands a lot of work. First this reviewer must be watching some spy movies to say that management watches you on camera. Secondly, you should work hard no matter the company demands it or not. You will be wasting your time if you think you will rise in your career without hard work. I am very happy with the company and I intend to stay on for at least 5 more years.
Cons
I would love to see the company invest and allow employees to take certain professional certifications. Also, more peer review of our code would be helpful.
