Pros
1-Good for someone who thinks " something is better than nothing". 2- Good for people who stays in and around Calicut. They consider this job as a "government job", not as a white collar job. But trust me, it is not a white collar job in reality.
Cons
Note- Replace "Badly" with Bad words. 1-Even though I mentioned two Pros, if you are a talented guy who aspires to achieve success in your career, never ever go here. 2- There is no process. Its a shame as the company started years back. 3-Back to Back meatings with zero take away, then what's the purpose behind these meetings. Is that for the time pass of management. 4- I know a few people who are very talented resigned within few days/months after their joining. 5- A product with full of bugs. Literally we can call it as a " product failure". I am wondering how agencies are using this worst product. 6- They treat employees badly.Since I can't post bad words here, limited to decent sentences. Remember employees are the backbone. 7- They recruit people by giving fake promises. Once you get inside, you feel like you are trapped. Never ever jump into such traps like this. 8- Since the employees are leaving, they are looking for many skilled people to do just support. They recruit people by fake Job Description. Once you get in, you will be doing a " Customer Support" Job. 9- I don't know what the HR department is for in this organisation. 10- Employees are scared to open up their suggestions. The only thing I have seen in nucore. I am not telling to react, but certain things needs to be followed in a professional way. If the company treats you like "Badly", don't stay there. Jump! 11- Sudden meetings which ultimately have zero takeaways. 12- Management has no vision and mission. Their moto is to grab money as much as they can and treat employees zeros. 13- I don't know how the appraisal system works there. If you have good rapport with the management, you will get a hike. I know many people who are very skilled but haven't got any appraisals. Many people are stuck there, only because of their circumstances. 14- Onsite support engineers are worst( except 1). They don't know how to behave and act. People with sub standards. 15- If you joins there, keep this in mind "You are going to do a big mistake. You are going to kill yourself. You are going to waste your energy, skills and time". 16-Its so shame to say that it is an IT firm. Management should do benchmarking. I don't know whether the team knows the term "benchmarking".
