- Over servicing of clients meant workload was unsustainable - Managers given too much responsibility without proper leadership and management training. - Lack of clear objectives to understand how to progress and succeed in the role - A lack of training and professional development for junior staff - Not fairly paid for the volume of work - A lack of professional and personal boundaries (a culture some people may enjoy but definitely not an environment suited to everyone!) - Small company so no HR, which puts staff in a tricky position if experiencing issues with other members of staff. Can feel a very isolating place when you're experiencing these issues. - Expectation for some staff to work every weekend without compensation - Lack of a diverse and inclusive culture
