Pros
Friendly coworkers, can be a fun environment, lots of upward mobility (small steps). This is a great place to work if you enjoy having a structured position and working with the public. Company events can be fun.
Cons
Very corporate, low wages, cliquey. If you aren't willing to act like working at a grocery store is your dream job, they make you feel like you shouldn't be there. Lots of fake excitement and passive aggressive tendencies.
