The company is completely fake. They claim they treat their associates so much better than competitive stores, when in reality they're cheating everyone. They underpay their associates and it is entirely unfair when you consider how much they demand of them. Also, unqualified people are constantly promoted and given leadership positions. There is quite a bit of favoritism going on. If you're not a favorite, you will have a harder time growing with the company.
