      Pros

      Growing very quickly. Great backing by Vista Equity. The company is really investing in its resources. A lot of opportunity to develop and move up within the organization over this hyper-growth phase.

      Cons

      Can be cliquey at times. Some growing pains after merging together several legacy organizations and the fast rate at which things are changing.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
