Management was great and supportive

not any cons at all

The mission is great, and the educators doing the on-the-ground work are fantastic.

Unfortunately, senior management has proven incapable of leading the organization in any kind of focused direction. Half have done a great job keeping the organization afloat while the other half seem to consistently send the organization two steps backwards. Internal communication is terrible, and confusion over basic decisions and plans is rampant.
