Pros
It's easy to fly under the radar, if that's your thing. You also receive paychecks on time, which is great. That's really it for the Pros.
Cons
Leadership is non-existant, communication is poor, good ideas go nowhere, departments don't work together and everyone is out to for personal glory rather than team and company success. And where monetary benefits and work perks could make up for the tense and never-friendly environment, compensation is always the bare minimum, raises are a joke and there are zero work perks. 1-4% is their in-stone standard and they frown upon managers who desire to give their team 4% raises. (Basically in their annual scoring reviews they say its a red flag for someone to receive *too* high of a score, meaning most people get a 3% raise on an already low salary.) Incredible employees are slighted left and right. And if you were excited to work with some really talented people - look elsewhere. The most talented people in this company are people you will likely rarely to never get facetime with because of how silo'd the departments are. Even when you have an amazing idea that your team wants to move forward on, there is red tape everywhere because of these silos and their bottle-neck leadership model.
