Pros

A lot of amazing people, all empowered to support farmers, along with a flexible work environment.

Cons

Very corporate with complex reporting lines, which makes sense given the diversity of customers and regions. That said, things can take a while to get signed off, as decisions sometimes need approval from the US/Canada even when you’re operating in a small regional Australian town.

Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
