      Good company good values hard to balance work and life though - Chemical Process Operator Nutrien Employee Review

      People are great company has good standards

      Cons

      Hard to balance work life ratio, don't get paid for working mandatory coverage . Work on24/7 schedule including holidays. Have to be outside on the coldest and hottest days of year. Shutdowns can last up to 60+ days and get little to no time off during that time.

Work life balance is important to Nutrien, and we strongly encourage employees to use all their vacation every year, though we recognize busy seasons can be a tough time to book holidays.       Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
