      * Feels like a small start-up though it's large global company * GREAT benefits AND they're less than half the cost of my last company * WONDERFUL people!!! * Leaders TRULY care & they do not play lip service to caring * Feel like I have a voice * Truly work on continuous improvement * Feel safe here

      Cons

      Had a few very, very minor hiccups (account set up/access) but they were remedied immediately, so truly that is a POSITIVE

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
