Nutrisystem Response
5yThank you for your feedback.
We all take claims of harassment, racism, and discrimination extremely seriously and have a no tolerance policy. In the last two years, since I joined the organization, HR has not received one formal claim of racism or discrimination. I apologize if your situation was not handled correctly in the past, but I can assure you that our current team knows how to properly handle and investigate these types of situations. If you still feel that you are the victim of racism and discrimination I would encourage you to speak with HR and/or the President. We are also implementing an ethics hotline that will be available to our employees if you do not feel comfortable speaking with either HR or the President.
I am sorry to read that you think we are being unreasonable and don't care about COVID. We have taken many precautions (such as contact trace reporting, dividers among cubicles, sanitation stations, increased office cleanings) to create an environment that is centered around the health and safety of our employees. Given that we are offering a hybrid model with employees only coming in twice a week with less than 30% of the employees in the office, we aren't just trying to get everyone back into the office. We are bringing employees back in a well thought out and strategic way. It is our hope that as people get back to the new normal (especially given all restrictions being lifted in PA in the upcoming weeks), that employees feel more comfortable being in the office.
