Pros

Large company reputation for your CV.

Cons

Relocation; As a Site Engineer you essentially will be a nomad working for this company. From year to year you will relocate to a new project most likely in the Highlands of Scotland. You will work long hours on a 2 weeks on 1 weekend off rota. It is frowned upon if you chose to leave in good time on your Friday return home. There is a severe lack of on-site training for graduate engineers. They are often left to learn for themselves on site. Not exactly the best way to learn when the company has a wealth of experience to pull from. There is no encouragement to work towards ICE objectives. With long working hours this leaves no time to progress through ICE on your own time. in general moral is low amongst graduate engineers. The companies values do not match that of reality.
