Pros
Friendly coworkers, but company has gone thru some ups and downs. Great place if you are in a senior role. Good benefits, PTO, health, tuition reimbursement better then industry average. Pay for certifications CFA, CAIA, etc.
Cons
No dedicated help with career development. If I had to do it all over again i would have left to a better firm a few years ago.
