Working at this company was a consistently frustrating experience. A major issue was the workplace culture. Many of the individuals I worked directly with had an inflated sense of superiority, which led to a competitive, rather than collaborative, environment. Leadership lacked vision. The organization's direction was unclear, and internal communication often felt disjointed and reactive instead of strategic. This made daily operations unnecessarily difficult and future goals hard to trust. The head of security, in particular, embodied more drama than discipline—frequently behaving like a diva instead of a professional leader. It added to an already chaotic atmosphere that felt more performative than purposeful. Overall, I would not recommend this company to other applicants.

I always have supportive co-workers to rely on.

The management of Nuvollo has no integrity and no self-awareness. Your own supervisors will sometimes throw you under the bus just so they can avoid accountability. They always use erring employees as scapegoats, and trying to point out their mistakes is just futile. Don’t even bother with the management.
