      That I was hired to work.

      Cons

      Everything else, they don't value your time or anything you do. Tracy blueacher (CEO) is an incompetent leader and disconnected from the realities. Communication is very bare. You are devalued, treated like a number and expectations are higher than the sun. If you work less than 9hrs, you will be interrogated.

      The team continues to work hard for what the management wants.

      Cons

      They expects us to deliver something great that isn't possible because they couldn't even provide us with the tools we needed. They don't like investing things that can make a difference with how we can perform in the job.
