      Recruitment process wasn't particularly good Changes in structure on starting meant job was a bit different to how i'd envisaged it.

      Pros

      The technical team is incredibly talented, supportive, and full of genuinely good people. There’s a strong culture of collaboration and problem-solving at the engineering level.

      Cons

      Leadership sometimes lacks clear focus, and this can put the startup’s direction at risk. The “always push harder” mindset can lead to burnout, and some major strategic decisions have been driven by marketing rather than product or tech priorities, causing inefficiencies and wasted effort.
