Decent hours, but management creates an unfair workplac - Material Handler/Forklift Operator O'Reilly Auto Parts Employee Review

I liked working in te catalog department.

At the time I worked there, no one was really very friendly.

-Always busy -Easy to make sales and extra money off commission and spiffs -Good starter job but need some automotive experience -up date and easy to understand operation system

-Store managers most of the time are really bad and not fit for their position. -Moving up is not that easy unless you’re liked by upper management -if you’re good at your job you get exploited since your the only dependable person -Overtime (could be good if you’re into grinding but not if you have a family)
