Pros

The only pro I can find is at least you have a job.

Cons

There are many. First they promise you things and never give you what they promise. They treat you like crap about needing time. or Bereavement time. or If you have a medical issue. They don't pay you what you are worth I actually had to take a cut and pay and was told that I could make up the difference in commission sales. and that the state I live in was over paid anyhow. You get no wage increases, No Profit sharing where if the company actually makes a profit instead of sharing with the upper mangament and the store manager the whole company shares. Would be a good incentive for extra work, Close on all US Holidays like Easter, Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, this company needs to evaluate who it hires and how they hire managament and make all the stores run exactly the same. There is issues of harrassment in all the stores and when it is take to the corporate level it is only told to the offender that they must stop there is no real action taken, and Also everything that is done through corperate is supposed to be anonnomous well all that happen when an employee makes a complaint is told exactly who said what and about whom there is no investigation and no action is taken to help the employee who is compalining. it is always settled in favor of managment. I tell anyone who is looking for a job to not apply there if they want to advance or if they want to make any money. The pay is really low, the hours suck, you are asked to do more work that what you are being paid is worth you have to sell sell sell but are never told you do good you are told you did a good job but. All the time. I think the best thing for this company is to start at the top and actually make managment and CEO's come and work in each of the stores for one year with all the issues that go on and see if they change their tune . I am sad to say that I doubt that they would ever change way to greedy of a place to work for.

Pros

The catalog system is easy to use and technology wise they are pretty up to date, very simple and convenient

Cons

The hours suck, the pay sucks. The company only cares about profit it’s no different from autozone, they are able to sell parts for less compared to Napa because they pay the employees barely above minimum, they don’t like giving raises no matter how hard your work you have to basically be a store manager or higher to get a good pay. They open more stores to make more profit and keep employees at the bare minimum. It sucks working there I think if your ISS, which is wholesale, you can make decent money with that because they give a bigger bonus from the amount of sales you make plus less responsibility and better hours but thats if a position opens up and you’ll probably be there 4 plus years until you can get that position unless you’re lucky and one opens up in the area.
