      Pros

      Great people to work with, almost like a family. Usually a fun atmosphere. Many fun events to attend throughout the year. Benefits were pretty great.

      Cons

      Has the potential to be very stressful with such tight deadlines. Pay is very minimal, especially in comparison to the work load.
